i saw a movie growing kansas or something like that and in the movie there where weed trees the size of oaks or something there is no way that could actually happen is there??? i did read that weed could grow up to 20 ft tall with 5 inch dia stalk but thats not close to the ones in this movie

ya man good movie, i have seen a pic of a pot tree prolly over 20ft tall. i guess the way they do it is veg inside the house for close to a year, and then plant outside and let veg another 5 months.
Weed is exactly that, a weed and very strong by nature if you give it perfect conditions for it's particular strain and/or genetic variety it can quite possibly reach enormous height. Gone undisturbed marijuana of the satva variety is some of the tallest growing cannabis known to man.
