Growing in So Cal in the summer. Any ideas on a high yeilding, tough, fast flowering?

I am looking to plant one or two outdoor plants from second week of May and hopefully finishes in 8 weeks. I plan on using clones. I can only water maybe 3 times a week at the most. That is why I need a tough surviving plant. I want a plant that is a high yeilder and flowers fast, so its worth my time and effort..Whats the avg. yield and any recomendations would be awesome..

Early skunk from sensi seeds is done middle end of september and is ass kicking.

Also early misty is very strong but takes about 2 more weeks
