Growing in a box - too small?

I am contemplating growing weed in a box after seeing this picture

Basically wondering if a 5 x 13 x 13 inches volume is too small to grow weed in indoors

You could use that as a planter.

Dude, you're a noob. Grow a plant, then start trying the advanced shit.

you could do it, but I wouldn't try it if you havn't grown before. too many things that can go wrong, like you snapping the plant in half cause you don't know what your doing.

perfectly possible, but a bit bigger would definately make life easier. I have done very small grows before, not quite that small but near enough. I found that strain was critical, ie you need a very small indica plant, and you MUST flower from a clone and not seed (this means you can end up with a plant of less then 15 inches tall, that is not going hermie).

Possible, but if you never grew before and don't have a feel for plants you might not be able to LST as well as others.

it could be done but i would grow the smallest for 1 plant 24X24X24 inches
