Hey everyone,
I pre-drilled holes in some Oasis floral cubes and sowed my seeds that way. The first two leaves have come out fine on all seeds but i'm a little concerned about the roots. Now I know that a plant grows upwards much faster than it makes roots, and it has only been 4 days, but when I checked, no roots have managed to penetrate the oasis cubes.
I'm keeping the cubes well moistened, but i'm concerned that the roots wont be strong enough to push through. I have previously read that this method is sound and seeds have no problem rooting, so i'm asking for some re-assurance here.
