Ordered a light set pre-assembled on 11/1. I got a confirmation email on 11/2 (Friday). On 11/5 I get a new email saying due to very high number of orders they are behind and it would be 7-9 business days before arriving. A week later I call and they said it would be here by the end of the next week (today). As of today 11/16 it still has NOT been shipped and now I am being told it will be shipped at the beginning of next week...
SO unless you want to wait about a MONTH to get your light... DO NOT ORDER from this place.
I am beginning to think they are like the surf shop on Lords of Dogtown, work when they want, get high and play fortnite when they don't want to work.
Because of how unprofessional they are I am concerned about cancelling the order and waiting another month for them to refund my bank account.
