Grow?

What are some outer cities that beat the 25 mile rule you folks know about? Preferably southern parts of Arizona. New to all this legal stuff but not cultivating I really want to make my own medicine and not deal with the okay and over priced stuff here in Tucson. Its pretty ridiculous!

Seems to really be hard and some what confusing. it just sucks I have to get out of my daily life routine in order to get the strains I need. Im not trying to rive an hour out to sonoita and what not. Lol oh well itll be figured out
