Grow Update. Undergrowing???

Hey guys, so im on my first ever grow and things seem to be going pretty well so far with no major slip ups. I just wanted to post an update with
pictures and get some feedback from you guys if pos. its currently been 4weeks an one day since I began germinating and have given the plants water with no nutrients as of yet, because they were set in Bio Bizz All mix soil. I also wanted to see if maybe they were under growing if you can tell from the pictures. all feedback is appreciated, thanks

What size pots are they in now?I think for 4 weeks they are a little on the small side but definitely healthy,may I inquire to your lighting?I would lose the foil it can make hot spots that burn your plants,I don't know if that is the little bit of burn that I see or not.Ph?

Personally I would transplant them right now. Im lazy and dont like doing allot of work. Once they get 2 or three sets of leaves I transplant them to their permanent pot. This does two things for me. It saves me having to repot the plants again and I bellive it is less stressfull to the plants.

thanks for the replies guys, they are in 6'' pots atm with a 400watt M.H light which I installed around a week an a half ago. I've also kept the 65watt CFL i had them under when they sprouted. An I was advised I cover the pots so the roots wouldn't come into contact with the light due to the colour of the pots. maybe foil was the wrong type of material to use, yeah there is some leaf damage which i didn't know the cause of, would it likely be heat? or lack of nutrients?
