Grow Timing

I have some plants still in the veg stage but they have grown quite a bit, and I have some babies in the same tent also. I want the babies to at least catch up with the other plants in size and then continue with the veg stage before flower. Would I need to feed the older plants with just ph'd water to give the babies time to catch up or continue feeding them with Canna A & B ?

They dont really " catch up" You can keep cropping the older ones but they'll always be older plants and in that regard different from the others. Unless of course your gonna veg for months long then that might be different.
