Grow Tents

Hi there. Just getting going and have purchased a 32”x32” grow tent w/600w led grow light. Has anyone used this setup before? Most articles I’ve read do not mention LED lights. Will this lighting be ample for a few plants? How many plants will fit? What type of training would you suggest?

Probably 1-2 plants. I keep 4 in 3’x3’.

What kind of LED? Blurple LED lights work fine for a small personal grow in my opinion. They can put off a fair amount of heat, so make sure to vent.

A scrog would probably be a good set up for that size tent.

Thanks for your reply, I believe the lights are the blurple, so I’m somewhat relieved I didn’t mess that up. Attached a pic of what I bought. Tent goes up as soon as hardware arrives I have a 14” clone, female, and is only labeled as King ready to go in so I’m not really sure the characteristics of the plant. I am also germinating 2 Stardawg seeds to add to it. Hope it won’t me too crowded.

When you set up your tent, if you’re able to put the fan/filter outside the tent do it. You’ll need all the room possible inside.

Depending on how that clone grows and your pot size you may only fit one.

I should have said I do any where between 1 and 4 in a 3x3. Depends how they grow as to how many you can fit.
You'll do fine. And like Chef said, put the fan and filter on the outside in your set up to save some growth room.

I’m doing LST - bending, following what I have read, already broke off a small piece. This clone is like a test subject for me so I’m not holding out hope for a very successful grow. I’m currently germinating 2 Stardawg seeds as my secondary test subjects. Got the tent hardware ready to put together and am still waiting for the light, fan and filter. Thanks for the fan/filter suggestions. Hope I’m all set in a few days

I previously have done two and four in a 4x4 tent in 5 gallon pots successfully.

I currently have six in the same 4x4 tent in 5 gallon pots but I think I am maxing out and if they were in bigger pots, I wouldn't be able to fit six.

I am running a 600W hps. Not an LED.
