Grow tents

Can grow tents be bought locally in a city? What type of stores would sell them? Or does anyone know how to go about making one? Any help or tips would be appreciated

Walmart has a few reasonably priced ones under $200. Also try amazon.. hydroponic shops tend to mark things up a bit.

Google indoor gardening and your area code. Or buy some black/white (panda film) and some 2x4's or some PVC build a frame and wrap it.

P.s. If you build your own, account for how much weight your hanging from it (lights/filter?) when you design it...

Typically, I find my hydro store reasonably on par with online; usually a small markup.

However, shopping locally is good. Not only that, Amazon don't have experts to answer questions like walking into a store.

One more thing, the more they get to know you at a grow store, I've found they toss in awesome deals every once and again. For instance, not too long ago I got a 4 cubic foot bag of hydroton for free, because I had gone in twice to pick up perlite and they didn't get it in for me in time. So I got the 4 cubic feet perlite half-off and the great big bag of hydroton free.

No taxes (usually, when paying cash), no shipping costs, friendly, knowledgeable staff... win.

I buy most of my hard items on amazon. if your looking for a quality tent, look at the secret jardin tents. I run 2 of the dr120's and love them.
