I haven't checked your link yet but here's a few tips.
If you intend to do it long term...don't go cheap...you'll regret it.
1: go as tall as your ceiling will allow...you'll need it
2: Metal corners and side braces. The bigger the tent to more robust it must be.
3: Heavy duty zippers.
4: As many holes and entrances as you can afford.
5: An extendable roof may be handy...maybe not if you buy tall to start with
6: Removable replaceable floor.
7: High end interior refection...it helps a lot.
8: Extra roof supports for equipment...you'll need them.
9: THe heaviest frame you can find.

SPEND GOOD MONEY ON THE TENT. It makes a huge difference in functionality. The better ones will last and last the cheapies...not good from day one.
Saw the link...good deal but low end.
Sorry but not impressed with those tents. Only a 6.5 foot ceiling...not good enough unless you have a short room. You will need ALL the height you can get.
Honestly the best tent I've seen seem to be the Gorilla line...more $$$..but worth it.
I've seen some with side braces as well...very nice feature. The frame is ultra important. Really as you can tell..I'm advocating buying the better units..spend more...get WAY more.
 
There are couple good lines out there. The heavier the better. It's got a big job to do. A good tent will make your job easier as well. Buy the ones list as commercial.
 
If you have a space for a 4x8 or a 5x10 vs a 4x4/5x5 go with a bigger one. Much easier to work with the plants and heat wise. You'll like growing instead of being cramped.

Also I probably wont grow near 20 plants.
i would much rather grow a bunch of big plants that have been lst'd to hell.
I'm only using 300-450 watts anyways - (why I also want to grow the plants into dense bushes) trying to keep power consumption as low as possible.

If you are on a budget and don't care about the look 2x4, B&W polly + 2 zippers. Probably cost you $50 to make the . You could also use something like this for 2x2 lubmer http://www.homedepot.com/p/Simpson-Strong-Tie-18-Gauge-2X-Rigid-Tie-Connector-RTC42/100375007 to make the frame. Only thin is I would split some 2x4 for the lumber as a 2" ones are glued together and not very strong.

Another option is slotted angle iron for the frame. I'll be super strong and then B&W poly and tuck tale for the walls.
 
I thought of that but I don't drive (to get equiptment/supplies)or have power tools.
I also need something that will blend into my bedroom and able to be dismantled easily.
 
I actually looked into fusion hut tents because they are available close to here and cheaply online (Canada grow lights seem to be their main or only distributor) but I could not find reviews on them anywhere. They are also available in 1680D which will be more tear resistant than the 600D ones but the frame is the same and does not seem super strong given they only rate the hanging rods at 60lbs.

Hippy is right about not cheaping out, my buddy has gone through 3 600D tents in just over a year because he keeps buying cheap and they keep tearing at the seams and zippers.
 
Tearing at seems and zippers is a stitching failure not a fabric failure.

If budget is a concern, a cheap tent will last with careful use. I've seen one reseller advertise on kijiji in Mississauga - their tents seem sufficient. Just make sure you have metal corner brackets not the plastic ones.

One tip: if you do lose a seem or zipper - restitch with 50lb braided fishing line and you'll never have the problem again.

Tip2: wax the zippers - they'll last a lot longer and mesh easier.

It's low priced because it's entry level. If it's what you can afford...buy it. If you can buy a better unit..do that.
I can't comment directly on this unit as I have not seen one. It may be fine.
 
Gorilla Grow Tents are the nicest ones I've seen, but the seams could be higher quality. It seems like most tents have some issues. You're honestly better off building out a proper room if you can. If you can't, I would go with Gorilla - they have the strongest frame and the biggest fear I have with these things is them collapsing with lights on. I weigh 240 and I can hang off the frame near the corners. 80lbs is nothing. I wouldn't buy a tent that couldn't support that kind of weight. I've heard of them literally sucking in o n themselves because the fans we use are quite powerful.
