Grow room help

Hi all,
I am starting to put this spare bathroom in my house to some use.
The space is 3'w x 6L x 7' 1/2 H , or I can enclose it to make it 3 x 4 x 6. Any ideas would help for the dimensions,
I have a 600w MH/HPS adjustable digital ballast with cooling fan , with a cool tube Xl wing hood
The bathroom is climate controlled with the rest of the house ,and also has a 2x2 window in there .
i have a 6" inline 400cfm hydrofarm fan , I no I went a little cheap here but hoping it does the job until I can upgrade sound not a concern scents I plan on the fan being right above the room in the attic.will get a scrubber later into the grow.
the room is wrapped in a peach color ceramic tile all the way around with a drain and hot/cold water supply, the grow is going into the stand up shower.
i live in the southwest were in the summer it gets up to 100 plus for 3-4 months , I do have a portable ac unit if need hoping the ac in my house will keep it cool enuff but I can't have it running al day just to keep that bathroom cool.
Also a couple little fans for air movement.
So here's what I'm trying to accomplish , I am going to be transplanting 4 clones, from soil to dwc ,single 5 gallon buckets black heavy duty from my job , two dual output air pumps with 4 " circular airstones
will be using 5" net pots with hydrotron, I will also be installing drain plugs in the buckets for easy drain and flush extra bonus due too the fact the floor has a drain and I have running water in there as well .
im going to keep it simple with the nutrients for my first grow , I will be using general hydro, flora series simple drain to waste .
like I said earlier I will have a 6" inline suspended above the cool tube but out side the room in the attic , appx. 3-6 feet above light .my fresh air will come from either the window in cooler months and in the summer from my room that is right off the bathroom. Below are a couple of pic of the bathroom , I need some ideas for the walls if I should line them leave the tile , any other supplies I might need should I in close the space to make it a 3 x 4 x 6, and some ideas to close up the door way from the toilet to the shower with good accessibility and light poof for the dark stage in flowering , I have seen those plastic insta zip deals on hydro sites for like 5 bucks anybody ever used one?? Also scents the space I so narrow should I try a scrog , it is my 1st offical grow.
This is the only forum I have registered with and my first time asking for advise , just been reading a lot the last few weeks any input would be great anything u guys can think of thanks tone2. Sorry for the long post . Kinda just spitted it all out at once .Ok main concerns the space being peach ceramic tile should I line it or leave it. 2 . The space will the 600 watt be good enuff if I leave. The space 3x6x7'1/2or should I enclose to make it 3x4x6.and one more thing that I forgot the desert is real dry any ideas I can incorporate for some humidity or if not really Needed disregard I leave it there for now my other questions probly would be beat suited in anthor part of the fourms

my answer to u is if u can send back your ballast and get one that is adjustable.........
i like this one .........built in timer is great

why a 600 watt is good ...for your area but later on in flowering u will want more (currently have 2 600w in a 4x4x6)...............the way they sell them in the stores market a 400w is a 4x4 a 600w is a 6x6 and 1000w is a 8x8

but to get the best buds those numbers are lowered a 600w is good for a 4x4 and a 6x6 is best with a 1000w


and yes line it .............white or reflective

Ok thanks so I'm going to enclose the back part of the shower to make it 3 ft wide and 4 ft long with a drop ceiling sitting at 6 ft , so then my 600 watt would be better suited correct and it is adjustable 25 50 75 and 100% , and if I in close the light should be more then enough for 4 plants , or am I mistaken ?? And the lining for the walls 2m maylar , panda paper is one better , it's probly just a personal preference , still if willin would like ya guys thoughts on it thanks

those adjustable ones with just % are bad(they are lowering the over all power) .............always keep it on 100% ...if u change the power amount going tho u alter the lightwaves it makes along with doing damage to the bulb lowering the over all life of the bulb .........the one i linked is a 400w 600w 1000w digital ballast system .....a select watt model those are made to work with the different bulbs at 100% power for them some even include boosters

u can leave the area open just the plants on the out far will not be as dence as the ones under the light .........if going to do it the ceiling can be left high up it does not effect anything other then over all height u can grow and cf (cubic feet of air) measurement

the maylar is just as good as panada film
only really need to line the walls of it
floor and ceiling u can leave alone(light will not really reflect from ceiling with any power to do anything good and the floor will be covered by the time it bushes so no point)

Sweet info thanks , didn't no that about the ballast , I don't have. The funds right now , but maybe after this grow or two I will upgrade two something in that link and use the 600 for veg or just sell it , in stead of lining my plants in a row what would you think about setting them up in a square ?? it depends on the reflector design

if it is a box shape one then...........then think like this u hang it in the middle of the area ........now think of a lines come off the light .......as it moves down it expands out from the top of the light to the bottome of the floor is about a 8 to 12 inch expand (like a pyrmid with out the cap )
