wut up stoners!

Im have a three room rental apartment. I want to make a project of two flowering room and one veg room. two 10" by 10" and one 4" by 4" tent. Im wondering if this big tent can be setup without any other person's help? Because this apartment is rental. I dont want to drill hole or tape on walls. Its lot of work when clean up. so I dont want to get more 220V plug for lights. I will use 3 600W iso air cool hood with 110V wall plug in each 10 By 10 tent, and 400W MH for 4 by 4 tent. I can only use 110V wall plug its one of the reason I choose 600W instead 1000W. and heat issue of course. Summer here in the day time could be 33-34 Celsius. If I run 1KW light AC will be necessary for most of the month. One Flowering room and Veg room already have window AC. But I dont want to run it if its not in summer. I think its really wired when AC unit running fulltime if its not in summer with lots of neighbors live by. I want to go all hydro this time. want to make some ebb n flow system instead DWC now im currently use. some one tell me its easier to take care when root zone its the in the water all the time. Res water dont need to be cool like DWC when in Ebb n' flow is that correct??

Im just a rookie really want to get my farm running well. I want to know what you experts think about this? If have any idea about the setup up, growing circle Any suggestion, any feedback will be very helpful for me to build up this.
Thanks for your time reading this.

Yes, it can be done. It helps if you have some large clamps. You're going to set the frame inside the base of the fabric, then pull the tent fabric over the top. That's where it's hard. If you have a couple large spring clamps you can clamp the fabric at the top (one side) and work on the other side. Clamp it, and go back to the first-clamped side (etc, back and forth 4-5 times). If you have a stool to stand on, maybe the clamps aren't necessary.

Thanks! Thats what I thought the hardest part too. Spring clamps should help a lot, but i think im going to try stool first. Wish me luck haha

Im decide to get smaller size 300cm*150cm with 3 600w air cool hood.
ebb n flow table system with 3 trays. each tray 111cm*90cm*33CM with scrog net
using smart pot with hydroton and rockwool. I have no experience in ebb and flow.
any idea what size of smart part should get? Do I use smaller pot when early Veg stage then transfer to bigger pot?
If I have three tray can I connect it with only one res?
Any feedback are welcome! thanks in advance
