I have only had my 2 inch plants for about 48hrs now, but i have seen NO growth, is that strange??? they r on 24hr light, just wondering if n e one in here goes with the 20 on 4 off??? and how does that work for you??
 
did you germinate the seeds first before you planted? and im on 18 on 6 off (thats the most common)
 
wait i just read really what you wrote lol sorry. they are already showing haha.

id switch to 18/6 and hoepfully that works better for you.
 
u should have them under flourescents right now as a seedling, and yes slow growth is pretty normal for a young seedling like that. try not to pay so much attention that will get alot of newbies into probs with watering and fertilizing too. check them daily but dont over do it with anything.
 
ya thats my prob treez. i cant leave them alone, not really messin with them just looking every hr, still paranoid there gonna die something mihgt go wrong,lol, but ya i getting tired of watching paint dry now, if ya know what i mean
 
your set up will be fine as far as lighting goes. I seriously had problems a couple years ago with first grow because i was worried about seeds i spent 75 dollars on could die or have small yeild. I would smoke all day and get bored and fuck with them non stop. I would just worry way too much.... wondering if they needed more water or less water..... more ferts or less ferts .........moving the light constantly closer and farther away..... I just wanted best results and didnt know anything at all about growing what so ever.. first one turned out just ok, but Ive come along way since then. my best advise is if it looks ok u are doing right.. find a good schedule and stick with it. wait til u see a problem to fix something.. --good luck
 
i do have a schedule, kinda, but what i have noticed is that iam watering alot, everyday once so far, i stick my finger up to the knuckle and its very dry, but yes iam gonna stop messin with them, it does look fine i guess, so only time will tell, thanks for the replies.
