yo i need help with what grow lights i should buy for the 1 plant im growing and what watt please thana

150w hps and a couple 42w cfl should do nicely, use just the cfl for vegging then add the hps when you switch to 12/12 to flower. Good luck to ya sir

Are you planning on doing more grows? With more plants? How big of a space do you have? These are some of the questions you need to be asking yourself now. Don't wait until your further down the road and decide you want to grow more. That only equals a waste of money.

You can get a few cfls if its just one plant you need 100 watts per plant of 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower

^I agree with this. It sounds perfect for one plant if you ask me. You shouldn't have much trouble keeping it cool with that either.
