Grow light wattage

I'm 4 weeks into my first grow and would like some advice off you veterans .
For the first 2 weeks I had my dimmable balast set to 300 watts and since then set at 450 watts. I've just put my light's on a 12 on off cycle so would you recommend upping the wattage to 600 or ?

How many plants? how much space? regardless I would go full blast personally. Good luck!

Cheers for that ! 4 plants in a 1.2,1.2,2.0 m grow tent.
I've been research via Google and combined with your recommendation just upped it to 600w.

No problem. More power=more flower
