would these work well for a full cycle (seed to harvest) grow light in a 2ft by4ft tent. Ihave 365,385, 425, and 470nm diodes I could use to make a supplemental light

those lights only pull 168 watts from the wall. and i think they're for microgreens. different than plants that bear flowers or fruit. i'd say go for something better/different

how much do you have to spend? for about 200ish dollars, you can DIY quantum boards. a 4 pack of some good QB's on HLG will run you about $132. another $50 or so for the driver, and lets say another $50 for wires, tools, materials. and it would be great for 2x4. i have a 4x4 space and have 2 of these set up. and it wasnt difficult to put together either

my main light draws 434 watts. I am looking for a way to add more red to my spectrum during flowering.
I am currently using these mixed with ny 6500k veg bulb but they only last 8000 hours https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FQ87DP6/?coliid=I2GA9WD8U48GW9&colid=AW7UKM9ED6GM&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it.

Oh ok. Gotcha. I got mine in 3000k. Good from seed to harvest. On supplemental stuff, best to have someone more experienced chime in.

Another option to check out if you are looking to add red....they also have a smaller version available.

I have stage 4 bone cancer so methadone and morphine only manage the pain. my care giver is helping with my grow so I'm switching to 8 plants in 5 gallon fabric pots with no training and flipping when the plants reach 12 inches to keep things simple for my caregiver
Sorry to hear that. I guess I should be more careful with my jokes.

nice bt what I really need is a 660 nm strip light . my main light is 18 inches wide leaving only 6 inches to work with I tried mounting 3 watt 660 and 630nm diodes on 1 inch aluminum "U" chanels held 1 inch from the main light with croosbars attached to the main light with double sided foam tape but those cheap e-bay diodes are not very good. I am beginning to see strips on e-bay using 561 diodes (208 lpw at 65 ma) so maybe something good will come along https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sun-Board-96-Samsung-lm561c-3000k-450nm-680nm-700nm-Quantum-Grow-emerson-flower/174305146253

I second the qb120's. Cheap, high quality, and great customer service. Im running them in a 2x4 cabinet and love them.
I've been a T5 grower for 6 years and see no reason to change.LEDs may be good for suplimental lighting and I like playing with LEDS but for a primary grow light I am not interested in any light that can not supply PSII stimulation or UVA to a plant and the only LED that can provide PSII stimulation is made by austrailian grow lights and my T5s are a lot cheaper
