Yeah shes been on nothing but pure water for at least the last 2 weeks as I was planning to harvest a little while ago... I think I'm going to see how she is over the next 3 - 4 days and if on my day off Tuesday shes looking yummy, then I might chop her down. Originally I was looking for the couch lock high... not I'd prefer something a bit in the middle which is why I know I"m quite close to harvest time.

Whew! Just finished reading through every single post in this entire thread. Very nice job, FT! +Rep and all that. I love the photos. I started my own little CFL grow box not too long ago (link in my sig), and seeing what you've gone through sure gives me hope for how mine will turn out. Now I just gotta figure out how to speed up time...

Nice grow! I'm doing a 400w/hps right now it week 5 of flowering but I'm wanting to start another grow with all CFLs. I've been trying to research the flowering process using CFLs and so far these are the best results I've seen thus far, although I am just getting started. Do those buds seem to be pretty dense or are the kind of airy? Look pretty damn dense from what I can see but it's always hard to tell from a pic.

hey ft or just n e one who can help me. how in the hell do u start a thread? i cant find n e thing to click on that says start thread? i only ask cuz i'm about to finish up 17 clones and veg them for 2-3 weeks and still yeild about a quarter pound from each one and i would love to share the exprience wit yall.so please help

up at the top of this page you will see...

Marijuana Growing > The Grow Room > Indoor Growing > CFL Growing

click on "CLF Growing" if that is the category you want to post under, then up at the top of the new page you will see a little box that says "new thread"; click on that and you are good to go.

Well I appreciate the comments earlier from Dankness and BigD... Its defiantly been worth waiting the extra while to let my little girl fatten up a bit more. I'm still not sure as to whether i should harvest today or give her another week. It seems the "fatten'n out" has come to a stop and most the hairs on almost all the buds are Amber with a few stragler white ones left. The trichomes are looking great but again they have an optimal time as well. The best I can do is double zoom in with my pc on a macro to see them but I can't really tell and I've been to like literally 5 RadioShacks (Called the Source) here and no1 has they're cheapo 9.99 60X magnifying glass. The hydro store I go too stocks them but i aint paying him 40 bucks.. till I decide if I'm going to keep growing and growing in which it'll pay for itself in time. It is very likely I'll keep this as a very small scale hobby as I've come to find it rather relaxing and not to mention able to feel some pride about a job well done when it comes to harvest time. Enough babble from me..

1 Question: How much longer would you guys wait ? 1 week ? or make today Harvest day ??

We know its a hybrid unknown strain..generally that'd be mean leave her longer than shorter. However canna-knowledge shows that leaveing for too long reduces the THC and Ups the CBD (Dont shoot me if I'm wrong)... I'd prefer the THC so.. What do the masses think !!

I'll give it a couple hours see if I get any replies !!

Hey Tdot I know its been a while but about how much did you end up getting off that? How was it? Curious about how well the cfl's did. Ive seen excellence like yours before that wasn't worth a dam. Nice info on everything. I like the journal
