Its hard to follow grow journals, you never are able to get a good view of how things progressed. Between updates theres comments, people that replied, so you have to sort through the thread to find out say how often plants were watered, how often they were nuted.
Please comment, I worked very hard on the calendar, you dont even have to read this long paragraph ahead. Just please take a look of what the calendar looks like, give an opinion... random comment... anything

Just recently I started juz drawing a calendar of the month on paper, and recording as much info as I could fit in not even three-forth square inch boxes. I still got behind on recording data, just like other method of recording things like waterings have, forgetting when exactly things happend. Partially because everydays like the same thing, so everything kinda runs together. Things need to be recorded when they happen... I am not good at that. I am always on the computer, but I prefer the keyboard and mouse to paper anyday... just don't like taking my hands off the keyboard or something... lack of motivation... idk why I dont write things down right after I do them, I am always right infront of the ghetto sketched calendar... but I figured I would be much more able to keep up with recording things to a calendar I designed in photoshop. It is no problem for me to leave photoshop open 24/7 with the calendar template, so changes take minutes.
I think this is a great method of showing the progress of your grow. Its a simple concept really, you could take it to any direction you want, even using Paint you could set up some nice tables and neatly arranged data... copy and paste pictures...
I really dont expect anyone else to try doing this, but if you did it would be sick, I would be interested in seeing it definitely, and see if you can keep up with it.
I am pretty proud of what I made in Photoshop, a good 5 hours and I came up with this calendar, I was running out of room and had to squeeze everything in the right in. I found out how much height is allowed in uploads now, so I will make the calendar template a bit taller next time, maybe wider since I have to split it in half anyways (upload max width, my calendar is way too wide), so theres room for more width, 800px each half of it. But I think this is awesome.
The thumbnails I used were from my flowering plant, a few of the closeups were from a smaller side branch, but the last few are from the top

I still look to add more details on each day. Very easy to list out every day too, just type it up real fast, formattings already there, instead of having to write out each and every detail really really small, freakn hate doing that.
Im the kinda person who has huge problems with dates... what can I say imma stoner everyday kinda runs together. It is impossible for me to remember when the last time I watered was... I always think its one date, but then I am thinking I vaguely remember watering 2 days ago... I dont know... looks like it needs water... idk, whens the last time I nuted? etc... this helps big time.
