Grow Cabinet

light proofing would be the easy part using foam sealing tape from Home Depot.
The cabinet has three shelves but the middle one is fixed. This means it will be two sections. This will have a definate impact on your heighth you can work with. If you can find a way to remove this section , yiou can probably use a T5 light or a 150W light and do two plants. If you can smoke a bowl and think , you can make it work. There is a little MacGuiver in all of us deep down.

As with anything from walmart, you have to assemble yourself. Are you sure the middle shelf couldn't just be skipped in assembly?

Home Depot has a little bigger wardrobe cabinet for not much more expensive, and like 3Xs bigger, give you more room to work with...

I would guess that the cabinet comes in two pieces and is joined by cam-locks and pins. If you were handy with a saw , you can cut most of it out. doesn't need to be perfect.

I like Gary's cabinet a little better. More elbow room to work with. Light and fans take room to do it right.

It is bigger, yes, but it is also over double the price. I have no reason to grow more than 4 plants.

I just seen them at HD a few weeks ago, and wish I would have seen them before I built my own, and for $109, the price can't be beat. Unless you get an actual tent, but the wardrobe would be much stealthier if that's important.

They had some nicer and bigger ones, but were much more expensive. I'd check WalMart to see if they have something similar, it could (and probably is) cheaper at wm.

Is that Bob Denver in your avatar?

LOL , yes it is . Remember The Dobbie Gillis Show from the early 60's ?

Perhaps you guys could find me better solutions then. I'm looking at spending no more than $70 if possible

If you want to grow four plants , you will need the bigger cabinet. With the smaller cabinet you showed first . three plants will be a problem.

for about $60...... this is what I did.

I bought a covered wardrobe rack from Walmart....... and moved all my wifes clothes out of the closet and into the garment rack. I then used the closet for my grow room .

That and Gilligan. More so from Gilligan.

In the mid 80s I got an autograph from him, he was at the county fair, the line was unbelievable.
Gallagher was there another year, and almost no one was waiting in line for autographs. I still got one.

He is one of the better prop comics. Way better than that carrot head guy... Is he even still doing that? (Gallagher) I haven't seen him around for years....

I'm gonna have to check his imdb page, I'd like to see some new stuff of his if it's out there.

love Gallager and The Sledge-o-matic
