Grow box advise!

Hello people!

My Current grow box is very small and i wanted some advise on lighting arrangement.

I have 2No 2ft-18w tubes and 4No 26w cfl's

Grow box dimensions are
55cmW x 50cmD x 100cmH.

I have the 1 plant growing and she is 19days old now and 8" tall,
So i need to get lighting to the bottom half of her too, but how ?

they sell lights sockets with clamps on em at home depot i got those and just put acouple screws in the wall an clamp.and u can get a couple y sockets and double the lights on top,and lose the foil,get mylar or and emergency blanket.good luck
