when i switch to bloom nutes can i still add a couple of drops of grow in same water then phase the grow out over say 2-3 week

You can save yourself a lot of aggravation by using Hydro-Research VEG+BLOOM. It's a dry ONE nute formula. All you do is increase the ppms for late veg and flowering= KISS

If your bloom formula isn't supplying enough N, which is often the case, then yes, add some grow to the mix.

never stop using n too, unless your soil nice and fertile with it?
