grow and bloom settings on mars hydro led

so I have a mars hydro led.light that has the 2 switches. one for grow setting and one for bloom.

right now my plants are on day 1, just sprouted. should I use both veg and bloom for the full grow or should I be only use veg for seedlings?

what about in a fee weeks when they are bigger?

and when flowering should I have both on, or just bloom.

I'm guessing I should always have both on so that in am getting the most light output from my lights?

You can use them both, but you could same some power and only use the bloom setting when your plants are in flower.

CORRECT.............generally full blast from start>>>finish for best results
