So i bought this the other day at the hydro store and didn't bother to read the directions till after i had already arrived and realized that it says to mix 1 part no wilt and 2 parts water. So i feel like an idiot for not knowing that but i'm used to 5ml per gal and so forth.

anyone help?

You're confused by mixing 1 part of something with two parts of water?

I know it's been a few months, but if you're still confused just mix 1 cup of NoWilt with 2 cups of water in a spray bottle.
