Grew in to cfl lights

The plant is a week in to 12 12, and it has a bunch of white hairs, and the top was touching the lights when they were on for about 45 min. The top looks fine but a little brownish burnt looking. Will it keep going on normally or will there be loss of harvest or permenant damage? Will the bud repair itself.
