As the base nutrients are quite similar, I would think changing over should go smoothly. And the extras in mega are merely think many people add anyway. I went from Seagrow to mega on a res change for my autpots without a hitch..!

Hydroguard is the shit. I used to use Hygrozyme but Hydroguard is so much less expensive.

I've been feeding 3g/G MC and .75g/G PK until I notice runoff ppm starting to drop. That alone brings me up to about 600ppm and they seem happy, although I do have one plant that doesn't seem like it wants to flower... tiny tiny larfy buds, all the rest are fairly large and fattening up nicely.

Check out this mutation in veg guys, never seen anything like it! Some weird shit.

ive seen that 2x before, both times super low yield on those parts of the plant. One strain was on a Granddoggy purp by Connoseur genetics other i cant remember the strain.

Hard to judge in the pic, but is the main stem more square or more flat?

I'll cut it off for flower, it didn't reach the top of the canopy.

This was from seed, freebie from attitude.

    100% flat.

Not worried about it nor am I blaming it on Mega Crop!!! It's just crazy looking, thought you'd all appreciate it

Its gonna stop growing and end up with an ugly short bud. I always thought this was whorled phylotaxy but someone pointed out that its probably something else?

I was thinking the same. If theres more than 2 leaf sets per node its whorled phyllotaxy. I had one yrs ago that was insane with a huge square main stalk. The bud on it was kinda ridiculous and tasted like shit when harvested. Not worth keeping at all IMO.

I called it my "Gremlin bud"

The flat stem and other oddities are genetic mutations found in certain strains. Can't remember which in paticular

I changed over from jacks. I waited till the end of a run and then dumped completely and went with MC fresh from start. I was satisfied with jacks. I gave the jacks to a buddy to use in his garden. 55 gallon drum gravity feeds the entire system, there are more detailed posts back in the thread explaining the setup.

The 55 gal on the right, the top line feeds the system and the bottom line dumps.

Is there an adjustment to the feed schedule (using less) when using a RDWC system? Also, should i be worried about the presence of kelp as organics in dwc systems have been known to wreak havoc. I do use a chiller and water temps remain at 66-68 F.
