>> Great White Shark:
---[Breeder notes]
very strong body effect, stoned and long lasting
Awards: 1st prize Bio HTCC 1997. 1st prize HIGHLIFE 2005.
Genetics: Super Skunk, Brazilian and South Indian.
Effect: very strong body effect, stoned and long lasting.
Flowering indoor: most growers harvest after 65 days. A week longer will give extra resin and a special sweet taste.
Yield 500 to 800 gr/sqm.
Flowering outdoor: ready around end of September in the Northern hemisphere; around end of April in the Southern.
Yield up to 1000 gr/plant.
>>Train Wreck:
---[Breeder notes]
Genetics: Original clone from Arcata, USA. Reversed 100% feminized.
Effect: Like the name suggests, a real blast. It hits fast, and it hits hard. Stoney on the body, confusing and trippy on the brain. A truly powerful smoke.
Flowering indoor: Ready in 8 weeks, expect a lot of resin and tower-like calyx formation deforming the buds in the final stages of ripening. Production up to 500 grams per square meter.
Flowering outdoor: Ready beginning October, with stretchy branches and long shaped colas. Production up to 70 grams per plant.
---[Grower notes]
==the sativa pheno does notyeild as much but has a speedy buz. Some of those Indica phenos were stone to the bone and couch lock strong.
==i have good train! Beautiful consistent quality genetics, ridiculous trich's, smells gorgeous! had a few cycles of this and learned many things experimenting with all methods. to be honest its not a good yeilder (1oz per plant) if things are optimum.
==yup...about an oz a plant is the most I think you're gonna get indoors. I'm chopping down a couple of trainwrecks in 2 days that have been flowering for 56 days now. the samples I smoked were really good!!
==Strain: Trainwreck - Greenhouse Seeds Feminised
Growth: Grown in soil/perlite mix. 50/50 Indica Sativa characteristics. Started off slow but once topped, it rocketed about 3/4 inch per day. Approximately doubles in height and bushyness once 12/12 is initiated which can be nice as it cuts down veg time. Average node spacing, leaning on the sativa side. Very nice popcorn, huge calyxes and covered in resin.
Flowering notes: 9 weeks as recommended, you could go longer I still had a few new calyxes opening and also the stems and some leaves were starting to turn purple. the odor was too much though so i chopped before my luck ran out. buds grow sort of on the sativa side as they put on most their weight in the last few weeks, but still a quick finisher considering this.
Nutes: General Organics full line by GenHydro
Yield: ~2.5 ounces dry from the 1 and only wreck plant of this grow. Although I will be growing this strain again next time.
Bag Appeal: Very Good. 9.5/10
Smell: Strawberryish, with a hint of sweet skunk.
Taste: Same as the smell, berryish, taste stays in your mouth and breath for a good 15-30 mins. They smell strong while flowering, I will be needing a carbon filter next time I do beleive lol.
The High: Good mix of a head and body stone. lasts for a while, suitable for the day for regular users, but I prefer it as a nighttime smoke because it does pack a pretty good punch.
Comments: This is my first grow other than 1 experiment with bagseed that ended up being hermies, and even though I made a few mistakes on this grow and didnt once check my ph, the plant was perfectly healthy throughout the entire grow. It can take a heavy feeding and I think there goal with this strain was to try to get the best of everything. you get a nice hybrid stone, hybrid vigor, great taste, smell and yield.
i'll grow this strain again and recommend it to everyone because it covers all the bases, I think.
