Greenhouse or not

Hey everyone, I've been doing small grows each year but decided to step it up a little this year. After a terrible year of mold last season I've been thinking about buying a greenhouse to put my plants in. This year ill be growing white widow, amnesia haze, strawberry cough, super skunk, and aurora India. The green house I've been looking into let' 80% of light through and I haven't been able to find any at a reasonable price that will let 100% of sunlight through. Any greenhouse recommendations or do you think I should just skip the greenhouse and risk mother nature, I'm in Massachusetts.

First ...no greenhouse film that I'm aware of let's 100% of light through.
If you have the money to invest in a good one then yes. Just remember they get bloody hot really fast That means you will have to water way more often and have good fans... and be able to roll up the sides. Also the plant should not ever touch the plastic so you will have to give them plenty of space In there.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks for the reply, that helps a lot! I'd be doomed on hot days while I'm at work.. looks like I'm taking on mother nature again this year!!

Word.. I'm all about free growing space. And energy.. Mainly the energy! So Cal electric bill being how it is. I just cringe everytime I add more light...

What you have to remember is that sunlight is far, far more powerful than it's given credit for. Even at 80% sunlight, you're going to have far more workable light than you do indoors, and it's covered by God's 100% coverage guarantee.

What's more, the money you save on power and ruined crops will pay for the green house the first time you use it and then some.

Bought 6 mil greenhouse plastic from amazon, 4 year warranty. Be sure to wrap PVC pipe with white duct tape or white latex paint or the PVC will degrade the plastic. My greenhouse has 4 foot sides and then hoop to about 12 foot high.. over all size is 24 long by 12 wide.
