Green whitefly

Hey all with the humid weather we have been having outside I have noticed what I thought to be whiteflys on my plants, although after looking at pictures whiteflys are tiny compared to what's on my plants, they are the same shape as a whitefly but longer and green, they usually hang around in the lawn, anyone know what theese are? And are they harmfull to my plants?

Yer it acually looks pretty close.it doesn't have clear wings thou i don't think, Ill try snap a pic.

I'm having a ahrd time seeing anything in your picture, but leafhoppers in my experience don't look like whiteflies. if it's a lacewing, don't kill them!
