Green taproot in seeds

I am germinating seeds and have one with a small green taproot coming out while all the others are white is this one okay??? What does it mean

Dude... I don't know. Maybe its good luck and thats gonna be the most kill pheno ever?

Usually it means it's a mutated (genetically) phenotype with a tendency to be hermie. Or to at least dress in drag if not a full hermie, m'kay?
