Green light??

So will a green light bulb disturb the plants while sleeping????

I heard green light is what to use if you must check on them while they're sleeping in flowering. If the plants are still in veg, I think you should be able to turn the lights on. Am I correct in thinking that during veg there really can't be too much light?

yeah i had 24 hours on, but changed to 18 and its freakin me out that light will disturb them......

it shouldnt be. yes a green light will not disturb your plants lights off times and light cycle interruptions and light leaks do not matter in the veg stage. flower is another story though.
