Green goo? Starter plug help...

My starter plugs in the hydro set got this weird green stuff on them over night doesn't look like traditional mold, but doesn't look right. I can see it on all of them in one way, and would suspect if it was Moldone it would be less even and more isolated to a starting point. was told these plugs were all natural...



When I dab it with a tissue...





Wtf ???

Looks like algae to me. Common on the wet tops of starter plugs if you let them stay under the light.
