That is one semi bad thing about RIU....you never know what's possible until you try it. Sure there aren't gonna be 10-15 threads here that show it is possible....because nobody is willing to try it. In my personal experience you can clone any plant, at any stage of life......However, the vigor of the plant determines the success rate. That being said, I feel like it is possible to clone a plant this age and size. The most vital concern I have is the health condition of this plant.
In my experience: If it is green, it can live. That being said, I have taken clones that look just like this and had them sitting in a dome.....they took up to 8 weeks to root, but it was possible. You just need to make sure you regulate their carbon dioxide intake, as well as their humidity levels.
