Green and black caterpillars?

So every time i go out in the morning i find these little green mainly and black caterpillars or slugs or something and there sucking on the buds not the leaves? does anyone know whats going on and what i can get to stop this and kill them.

I'm looking for the same answers, man. So far, I've found:

-washing the plants with soap and water spray, mixing some drops of ivory or dish detergent on the spray water.
-Neem Oil ( I actually use this, but Im not sure how effective it is against those tiny little fucking worms/caterpillars)
-Spider Army: Find a few spiders on the garden and make them lodgers of your plants. I'm gonna try this one soon.
-Pick the little bastards one by one and discard them manually... right. I can do this once in a while, but is not like my gardening is the only thing I got to deal with, you know what I mean?

I think Neem will do the trick. It is organic and effective against a wide variety of bugs, including caterpillars and worms. Those green and black worms you see on your plants will burrow into your buds and chow down. Their crap will then allow moisture into the bud and it will grow mold and rot from the inside out. Happened to me last year; lost like 20%, and had to pick through every bud. Not fun.

I'm hoping the neem will do the trick this year. I like it as it is 100% organic and safe for vegetables until the day of harvest. I have been using it on all my garden and other than when it is applied I do not detect any residual smell or taste on my veggies.

Do not apply in full sunlight - do it in early morning, evening or cloudy day.

The only potential issue I can see here is how long it lasts. I believe it mostly washes off when the plants get wet...

I just came back from my local grow shop. They gave me 'BT' to fight against those little fuckers. BT, aka Bacillus thuringiensis, is an organic bacteria that's effective agains caterpillars, worms and larvae. Supposed to be natural and good to the enviroment. Effective agains those worms but useless against other little bugs. Its all on wikipedia!

The guy also advised to stop showering with Neem Oil once the flowering starts but I personally think that you can continue with it, as long as you don't use it the last weeks before harvest.

Ok, so now I've got the famous BT... lets get those damn worm squaters off my garden...
