green algae on surface of soil....HELP!

I'm 23 days into my cloning and my plants growth has haulted. The leaves are turning yellow and I have green algea on the surface of my soil. I googled the algae situation and couldnt find anything pertaining to clone's. Any suggestions???

It sounds like the medium is not drying up enough between waterings. This can also be why they are not growing.

I think Little Tommy has the best guess. If it's supporting algae then it's gotta be wet... make sure you have proper drainage.

you might be overwatering and your room is most likely toowarm and humid.
