Great White Mycorrhizae beneficial bacteria root

i use a little bit to give my roots a kick in veg and use it all the way through flower. I love it. has helped me keep any root rot issues in check.
 
Use it in clone,veg, and flower. There are much cheaper options that work just as good, pondzyme is great and at $29 for 16oz a much better deal
 
I think pondzyme is great for geting rid of dead organic mater in your res, but I think it's also good idea to add some bacteria and funghi that colonize the rootzone.

Pondzyme, Hygrozyme and the rest of the zymes are enzymes that eat up dead material in your res.

Great White, Oregonism, White Widow, MycoGrow and the rest of the Mycos are Mycorrizae

Mycorrhizae are the natural linking of plant roots with beneficial fungi. Mycorrhizal fungi form a symbiotic relationship with the roots of plants.

Regardless of terminology, I can tell you from experience it works great to keep the res clean, but it won't break down dead root bits and leafs shit.

that really isn't an issue anyway if you change your res every once in a while, or just scoop it out with a fish net.
 
But keeping the res clean isn't the only thing you want to do. You want to make as many benenficial bacteria as you can colonize your plants roots and compete for space and food with the pathogens.
 
most hydro nutes are derived from salts..hence salt build up..its not conducive to
use myco with these types of ferts,it kills the myco....it can be done,but takes alot of extra work,and i know very little about this tek..i was just informed my friend who uses jacks classic coukd use myco,but it had to be bubbled tea,and basically the microbes survive by sheer number,over 3/4 die...
 
Hygrozyme is an organic naturally derived organic solution, specifically intended to facilitate the removal and expulsion of dead organic matter that may have built up on media or medium surfaces – without altering the normal course of decomposition.
 
Just to clarify due to running a sterile res (Hopefully lol), enzymes would work for me and mycorrhizae is not a great choice. I now use Peroxide and its getting pricey and hard to find at the higher concentrations. Also the enzymes as I understand eat dead material (lack of better term lol) and convert it into food were as peroxide just sterilizes res., will pondzyme actually stop any root problems re rot? And I have seen lots of root additives that contain enzymes at the "Suck the money from your wallet" hydro store but have been reluctant due to the price. I just bought a one litre (treats 500 litres) bottle for $27, and that was the cheap one lol. How many gallons does 16ounces of pondzyme treat SS?

go ahead and bubble tea or great white or whatever you feel like doing... really not worried what you use. i was just agreeing with others that pondzyme is perfect for dwc pathogen control and it doesnt get much cheaper and easier than that.

maybe you are trying to say pondzyme doesnt work... as if the bennies in pondzyme are unable to out compete slime.... but you would be wrong about that. have you ever used pondzyme, or just playing keyboard cowboy firing from the hip?
