Grape God Grow Journal

Hello Rollitups and Welcome! Has been 4 Years since Posting so lets get to it.
I managed to get my hands on a Grape God Clone from a local grower who grows Potent Dank, He Previously was growing G13 A++ Grade and Replaced his Strain with Grape God, said it had bigger yields and more of a potent final product (hard to believe), turns out he had sprouted seeds of 3 different Pheno types of the Grape God, Naming the Clones #1, #2 & #3, i got my hands on #1 turning out to be the better of the 3 Phenos, He now wants clones of the Grape God #1 i have, so that must say something.

I recieved the tall clone with few leaves and nodes but looking healthy in a rockwool cube, didnt have roots showing but a day after transplanting her into a small pot she started to explode in growth (more so than all the other gg clones) i made sure it was getting plenty of light 24/7 for a few days and then 18/6 is needed as the sleep gives them noticible growth everyday plus roots, i made sure it had plenty of wind/oxygen (probably why it grew more than the others) and plenty of good water and basic organic coco vegetative nutrients.
I Grow in CoCo Coir, i buy the compressed bricks from bunnings for about $3 each, 1 block is soaked in 10 litres water and puffs out to about 8-10 litres of coco
And i use Organic Nutrients (I Will make a fantastic Grow Tips Post on amazing tricks and truth for feeding)

Now its time for the Juicy Part, The Flowering, I gave her 2 Full Days of Darkness to begin with starting 7/10/2018 until 9/10/2018, after pulling her out of darkness i noticed all the tops have turned abit yellow (this is a good thing!) i started her on 12/12 with a Seahawk 3x3x6 Tent and a 600w HPS Light For 12 Days ( 21/10/2018 )[23/10/2018][2 Weeks PreFlower was Finished and Day 1 of Flower Started]
I realised i am so much better using the Full Spectrum Western Australian Sun, So the Indoor Tent was shut down and she started her first day Outdoors, 7 Days Later on the 28/10/2018 I noticed massive growth for such an early flowering plant, 6 Days Later again 3/11/2018 Today she has literally packed on more size, showing that she will have No Problem what so ever filling in the slightly long spaces between nodes, She kinda grows like a Grape Vine, And the Purple showing on the leafs stems are a gorgeous natural process, i dont think any amount of CalMag will fix it so dont freak if this shows on your Grape God or Other Strains Alike

I will Repost an Update on the 6/11/2018 First day of Week 3 Flower/Bloom and Everything will be so much less confusing Feel free to ask any questions!

I Prefer to Grow in Coco, After being completely watered down it still holds up to 30% Oxygen for the roots, Adding A Small amount of Perlite or Vermiculite to a Coco Mix will only add more Oxygen to secure a good 40% Oxygen in the root zone completely soaked.

As for Nutrients don't ever think one brand of nutrients or a particular nutrient is the key to growing dank big buds, The Key is to Give the plant the nutrients it needs (Meaning a form of N-P-K) following a Great Stable Enviroment, Great Quality and Access of Oxygen and Great Lighting if not using the Sun.

I Personally think the whole molasses thing does work but needs to be created properly via boiling and mixing in with water, sugar and days of sitting, Organic Products now days like Monsta Bud, BudSwell and Cyco's Supa Stiky have a great sugary/honey/molasses look to them and they work a great treat

I use the below products in flower: (that i gained thankfully for free)
•Hygen HumiBoost
•Hygen PK 13/14 Top Up
•Hygen BudLink Silica
•Sensi Bio Diesel (Amazing Stuff)
•Cyco Supa Stiky 0.6-3-2 NPK
•Cyco XL 0-40-0 NPK ($80 lil bottle)
•Ozi Magic BudSwell 1.44-0.85-2.05 NPK
•Seasol from bunnings for healthy roots
•Dutch Masters Potash+ (not needed)
•2 part Veg + Micro (not sure what brand but was free)

And thats it, i would have a CalMag Product but i have a Part B Bloom bottle that holds abit of CalMag ontop of the other nutes and i dont actually have a stable Flowering/Bloom Nutrient to be honest, just relying on the NPK of the nutrients i have, like the PK 13/14

If i had to Buy these nutrients, I would Definitely Recommend
•Sensi Bio Diesel as its liquid Bat Guano and is the perfect product for i think $60
•Ozi Magic Monsta Bud or BudSwell if in Australia its inly $20 - $40 a bottle depending store (Or Something of the Like)
•Cyco Supa Stiky was only $42 for a 1 litre bottle and lasts ages and has good NPK
•PK 13/14 Cheap Quality Brands like Hygen
•Silica Product Like Budlink from Hygen

And thats it, Dont go spending too much, shit i remember first growing and spending $80 on a bottle of "Vitamin B1 Thiamine for massive yields" and it did nothing for me

Day 1 Week 3 Flower for the Grape God, Filling in Nicely and starting to pack on chrystal, by the end of this week she will be covered (mate has same gg 1 week ahead of mine), going to bump the nutes up to full strength as per bottle, and i have also given her a green house seeds trick by letting her pot/coco dry out and sit for a day, allowing plenty of oxygen to the roots as they repeat on the websites videos

Day 4 Week 4 for the grape god
Hot temps allowed spider mite to show up, will deal with the disgusting things in morning with a rosemary and peppermint oil mix water spray, verrry low dose, will spray the whole backyard
Buds are flopping the stems so next time i will have to train and top them a little more often, structually stronger, buds have thick frosty sticky trichomes all over, maybe caused by the mite stress they had 3 days at the plant so more microscopic bastards than the fat visible adults, not badly infested thank the gods, buds putting on proper dense weight, going to feed really heavy water now because the mite bites cause the leaves stomatas to close, dehydrating the leaf and yellowing it, the plant then tries to repair and drinks more water realising its dehydrating

Day 1 of Week 6
Has been lovely and frosty, sticky and very potent yummy stinky, from a sweet smell, to a pungent rotten fruit smell with sweetness, and now finally a potent eartht grapey fruity smell, smells lovely and dank in the room every morning at 5pm when i drag her into the sun

I grew 24 plants of Next Generation Grape God 2-3 years ago and was really disappointed. Great yield, average high. Hopefully your buddies clone selection is the cream of the crop.
