It doesn't matter if they are. Everyone is making them now.

Porsche, VW, Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes are all selling one now. By years end, Cadillac, Ford, Volvo and others will join them.

The Koch brothers have much bigger fish to fry than Tesla.
Tesla has no competition for their electric cars....nothing close

They sold the public on natural gas being clean and abundant and it would make us energy independent for the future so let us frack it. At the same time they bought stooges in the federal government to change the export laws on energy. After poisoning the ground water across the country to frack the gas they are now going to liquefy it all and sell it overseas, so much for our energy independence and our ground water.

It's not so much what the Koch brothers do that bothers me as much as it is how they do it. Example:

Back in December of 2008, a good friend of mine got a call from a representative of David Koch. My friend is a structural engineer. They wanted him to join a team of 2 others at a power plant in West Virginia, which is one of the biggest coal fired plants in the nation.

What they were charged with was finding a way to clean up the emissions of the power plant. You see, the Koch's were just CERTAIN that Obama was going to pass legislation to make coal fired plants clean up their act since they're about the single biggest CO2 emitter on earth.

So my friend and two other guys designed an EGR system for one of the reactors. They were green lighted to build a working prototype on a 1/4 scale to test its viability.

They spent just over 3.5 million dollars doing it.

It worked. Like a charm. Even at 1/4 scale, the CO2 emissions from reactor three dropped nearly 2%. They conservatively estimate that at full scale, across all three reactors, the CO2 emissions would have fallen by between 12 and 14%.

David Koch was well pleased. He patented the design and waited.

Obama never did a thing, so neither did the Koch brothers. Right now, if we wanted, we could drop global C02 emissions from all coal fired plants by no less than 12% almost overnight.

But they wont do it because nobody is making them do it.

That is the definition of evil: being able to help and just not lifting a fucking finger because it would cost you one quarter of profits.

Sorry I'm not from a trailer park and hang out with welfare recipients as you do.

Didn't mean to embarrass you by having educated friends that actually amounted to something in their lives.

On a personal note, therapy can help you with that inferiority complex that makes you lash out at others.

What they do is equally as important.

From your man Ives:

"The clouds are getting darker for Musk & Co.," wrote Daniel Ives at Wedbush Securities in a research note published Monday. "We continue to have major concerns around the trajectory of Tesla's growth prospects."

Stock down another 6% closing in on the 190 mark.

Still no end in sight to how far it will fall.

I agree.

The math counts on China being a bust not only demand wise but the factory costs.

I think its sensationalist and has little chance of happening.

I honestly think it's going to fall rather slowly for now down to the 150 range.

Then in July when 2nd quarter reports hit it's going to be really bad.

At that point, the bottom will fall out of it and it'll crash fast down to about 75 per share.

XL pipeline is all about exporting oil.
Get infrastructure in place, then lobby to change law.
