got these seeds germed them but die when i plant them

hey guys i got these seeds from my friend there greens or regs street name in nyc for that type of weed. i wet a peice of paper put the two seeds in there and i i let them hatch or whatever the got about to from ur middle finger to ur risk i plant it but they just seem to be getting long in size no leaves are growing and there very skinny this is my first time doing this and i dont know but i wanted to grow plant can come one plz tell me what im doing wrong and what do i need im sorry if this type of thread has been posted before or i posted it in the wrong place plz help thnx

you need more light.

yeah dude they do that if you just plant them and put them infront of a window if its indoors you have to have good lighting right on them get some cheap clf's and hang them almost touching the top of the plant and get a fan oscillating fan maybe not direct air depending on how flimsy they are
