Got my seeds

I got 5 kaya gold from nirvana poped them in red plastic cups and put them in the sun didnt start them with cfl. Lets see how this works i live in so cal so its about 77 degress right now. I am using foxfarm ocean soil. I have a question on when to water should i water right away with fresh soil or wait a day or two for it to dry?
 
FFO too hot for seeds, imo. i use neutral seed starter mix, myself. if you haven't watered yet, do so now. always water in a seed, clone, or transplant. just be aware that the soil has fert's and seedlings don't need them. happy gardening!
 
Thanks man thats were i got confused i forgot it had nutes but i still neded to water them. hopefully it comes out okay. thanks again
 
Yeah i heard kaya gold is more suitable for beginners. How long do you think until i start seeing life in the plant?
 
I always plant my seeds in a hole 1/2- 3/4 of an inch deep and see sprouts in at least 2 days. Sometimes 1 day and sometimes 3 or 4. I guess it depends on the srtains vigor in the beginning of growth. I also use ocean forest soil and I plant straight into it and water imediately. Never any problems. I do all my plants outdoors also.
 
nice i am using red cups then going to transplant into 5-10 gallon pots. This is my first grow so i will be lucky to get some buds
 
well i wouldn't worry bcuz if you are growing outside you really cant do anything wrong unless you just do something really dumb. as long as you have a female and dont harvest too early you will have some nice bud to smoke on. key dont harvest too early or u will be smoking hay. trust me you dont want to smoke hay. lol
 
nice i am also getting clones tomorrow i was wondering if those would be good to put straight outside or veg under a cfl for a lil?
