got my nutes was wondering how often

so i got the 3 part flora series from GH, i know about slowly adding more nutes and as i feed them, but was wondering do i feed them nutes every time i water, i know on their fedding schedule from GH it says every 3 feeds flush with water to prevent nute lock up or something. but how often should i feed them nutes? every water or every other or basically kind of learn it from the plants?

i alternate with water and nutes ,water and nutes...as depending on how often they need to be watered,,but i make sure they get nutes at least once a week.
