I'm pretty sure almost everybody's heard of using lady bugs and praying mantises for pest control, however what about using mites, I know what some of you are thinking, "OH NO NOT MITES, DON'T DO IT", however you might be surprised. A buddy of mine who used to be a professional grower & consultant said the absolute best way to prevent and eradicate spider mites, aphids and most other bad bug infestations is to fight fire with fire by using Predator Mites & Praying Mantises. Here's a pic of a predator mite:
Apparently they will kill not only spider mites but any bug small enough for them to overwhelm, they will rip their legs off and then feast on the carcass until nothing is left and then keep hunting, supposedly you don't even need to use any pesticides or chemicals when you use Predator Mites & Praying Mantises together, they will kill any bug that dares to invade your crop, I don't know about you but I'm definitely going to give this a try.
