Got a sick clone

hey guys any input appreciated I have this girl today is the 5 or 6th day in rockwool and I've had them turn on me not this quick anyone know what would cause this?

Did you soak the rockwool first to adjust the PH?

Man I'm tempted to cut it open and look for root but don't want to shock it or be impatient
