Im having trouble with my plants.. they are five weeks into bloom. if you can please tell me what u think i will be more than happy.

It is normal for leaves to yellow and die starting in week 5 of bloom.
Have you flushed the plants lately? Flushing them and/or adding a little nitrogen might slow the deterioration but it is normal near the end of bloom.

i havent flushed them yet.. ive been watering with a ppm 1000 and ph between 5.8 and 6.5.

Sometimes salt builds up in the medium (I am not sure what you used) and needs to be flushed out. This is different than the final flush at the end of the bloom cycle.
The temporary flush removes these salts that have gathered around the roots and allow better nutrient uptake.

ive been using the whole house and garden line ,top max, calmax, and hydroplex.... and b'cuzz soil.
can to much co2 cause this problem?

No, it would definitely be a nute or ph issue or it could be the normal end of the plant life.

all these plants have a 12 week flowering period around when do the leaves start to die off ? should i flush them?

I would recommend flushing the soil, I dont use soil but you may want to ask around exactly how to do it. You just need to run enough fresh water through the soil to wash the salts away. This should be done periodically.

He said they were 12 week bloomers Buds and he is only at 5 weeks. Now, I would agree if they were 8 week plants but they are not even 1/2 way through bloom.

I'd have to say there's some deficiency or something to do with nutes. It doesn't seem like all your plants are affected though?
I used to use dirt all the time, indoor and out. Started out just using good soil and only water. Then went to dirt and nutes. Now into hydro.
When I first started dirt with nutes I used to give them too much. I wasn't compensating for the soil already being healthy. As well as the build up of nutes in the soil right.
So after playing around and learning, I ended up going about 50-75% of recommended nutes, with a slightly different balance to make sure I wasn't too high on P, after using only water to help balance things out. This was before I knew about 'flushing'.
I'd imagine that using a flushing agent in soil wouldn't hurt. I just read my bottle of FloraKleen and says for soil, to drench until you start to see runoff, then water with nutes at next regular watering.
If you have almost 2 months left I'd have to say that this doesn't seem like a bad idea dude. I just flushed mine a week into flowering to make sure everything starts of on the more stable side. No lockout or buildup. Not that I had any.

distilled water is very good 2 flush with it is pure or as pure as one can get and it is a better solvant than tap, meaning it attatches it self better to the salts and removes them .

i flushed them 2day with ro water. should i flush them again with distilled? and should i use nutes next time i water or just water?

If you did a good flush they should be ok. Just start feeding with your regular nute schedule next time.

should i start to see the leaves cumin back to green or will the affected ones just die off?

At this point in the grow I dont think you are going to see new growth. The buds should keep developing and the yellowing should slow but the plant is still going to use up the energy in the leaves so they are not gonna get better.
