Got 400w hps and MH Whice to use?

Hi I have got a 400w Hps and 400w MH. I am going to grow 3 sort stuff plants. should I use the MH for 20 days until they show sex and then go to hps?

Use the MH for veg, growth. Use the HPS for flowering.

Would it be way beter for my yeild to do it like 20 day MH and then Hps?

yea do 20days veg on mh and swithch to hps for flowering .

if you mean 20 days mh in flowering then no as the plant needs the red spectrum off the hps more that the blue spectrum the mh emites
