I see you were offered an upgrade - just ignore that email if you're not interested.

It's Friday, 6:36PM on the US East Coast & 11:36PM in the UK.
I won't be able to get you a clear answer until Monday, but here's my guess.
They may not have had those seeds on hand & had to get them in from the breeder.
Usually, that only takes 24 to 48 business hours so that's why we say we ship out in 1 to 3 days, but maybe the shipment was late.
The only other thing it could be is that our mail room is backed up.
Right now, I see that we're shipping 25% out the same day as payment is received, more than 50% out on the second day, and about 15% on the 3rd day - so I don't think they're behind. It's more likely to be just a late shipment coming into our supply room.
However, none of that is your problem.
I'll be happy to comp you some free seeds to make up for the delay & the lack of response.

EDIT: And, I couldn't find any rejected emails - I think I saw 5 different ones come in from you. Also, I apologize for all the delays - I always get so bogged down in the details that I often forget to say I'm sorry.
