So I am a first time farmer long time smoker. I put some FastBuds™ Gorilla Glue seeds. into some pots and out of nowhere they are 4 weeks old and I did not train them. Am I screwed? Should I just harvest now and start over? Pictures included. (26 days from sprouting 29 from seed)

Harvest now? It's got to grow bud before you can harvest anything. You don't need to train. They look healthy, your doing fine.

I really don't know what you're asking. No you can't harvest them now. There nowhere near actual usable flowers/bud. The fact that they are not trained means absolutly nothing except if you can't let them get too tall. There is no real age you can't begin to train, only different techniques based on how far she is.

Thanks I was worried. Every grow diary I see, others do lst. I was kidding about harvesting them tho.. I just wanted to share, and see if maybe someone notice something bad.

Keep em going. there isnt anything to harvest and you didnt screw up. dial your first grow in and then think about training for your next grow and see how to best go about it. plants look good man keep on doin what your doin!

In fact, now is the time to start training if you want to spread them out. I waited too long to scrog my Tangerine Dream and I ended up with all the big buds on the outside edge of the screen and it looks like a bowl with the top buds smuched to one side. Still, it looks like it will smoke well! :eyesmoke:

You've got a couple of months to baby them.

If this is your first time growing autos, dont defoliate or lst until you have more experience with autos. Leave them alone and keep on the lookout for pests, nutrient deficiencies, and mold etc.

A lot of diaries on here are the same people who were newbies 6 months ago and are now "experts"...so I wouldn't pay any attention to most of it. Click on the youtube link in my sig to see my last grow. I don't train autos and I also trnsplant them. Both seem to go against internet-logic but thats fine because a lot of what people are saying is nonsense.

Download the mephisto grow guide and follow it you will find that growing great cannabis is actually quite easy. Your plants look great..

Psh, you're not just fine bud you're looking good! I wouldn't fret too much over not lst'ing them. Unless you're fighting with having enough heigth to keep from burning their tips, you likely won't even need too. LST'ing can be helpful in keeping them from getting as tall, and to sort of 'pull' limbs one direction so that the foilage underneath gets more light, but is by no means mandatory. Hell, most of the time I don't even start tieing limbs to point outwards and horizontally until late veg/pre flower, but that's mostly because I'm new to any form of LST'ing and I'm kind of learning still. Plus I haven't had a real space issue until here lately.

Hey guys, I thought I should update how it went. I chopped 2 of my girls early at 70 days. Cuz I have no smokes right now so I'm desperate. They have only been hanging for 2 days. But I dried one nug(if you can call it that, see my next post) I accidentally cut off during the trimming and been smoking that.. Plenty stoned but no taste or smell yet obviously needs to be dried, and cured. Thanks everyone!
