Good strain for stomach?

I got a stomach condition and every once in a while I need a little something to ease the pain. Anyone know of any sativa dominant strains that are good for digestive issues? Indica ones are good too. Thanks any help is appreciated

You need pain relief or you need anti-nausea or something for incontinence? What specifically are you looking for?
