Good soil to buy at a general gardening centre? please help!

I live in an area where there are NO actual hydropnics stores n shit like that.. is there a good type of soil that I can buy at just a general gardening store? Like Canadian Tire garden center , or home depot garden center?

There is 1 or 2 actual garden stores here, but they dont carry shit like the foxfarm soil or anything good like that.

I heard about this Pro-mix stuff , is that any good?

Can yas name some other good soils for me that may be sold at just a regular garden center?

When I read the topic of your post the first thing that popped into my head was Foxfarm...damn. I can't believe that there aren't any indoor gardening centers around.
