Good or bad what is this bug

So I scooped up some of my top soil from my plant to use for a seedling that germinated cuz I'm out of soil so as I was adding the soil to the seedling cup and noticed this bug and had to bring out my macro lens with my note book anyone know what it is other an then bug it looks bad for my soil but please say its good20160229_080657.jpg

It cant be it have have to be baby if it were but what are some good bugs and spiders that live in my soil I'm not to worried cuz my tops are pest free

From the top layer of my grow pot thats growing one of my plants I'm out of soil so my thought was to just recycle some soil into a grow cup with holes and plant my seed
 
There's really no "good" bugs for a weed garden except maybe lady bugs and mantis'. Some people like to leave a spider around to catch loose flies and stuff but I don't do indoor so idk

I don't do indoor either thats why I post in outdoor but fuck it my plants looks healthy with no signs of pest or leaves being eaten so I was just curious to see what people say this bug thing is i found it crawling in my soil not on my plants
